At Spec Arms, your satisfaction is our commitment.


Spec Arms products purchased off our website carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee that all are manufactured to the highest standards which shall be free of defects in our materials and construction. All Spec Arms products have a lifetime limited warranty which extends to the original owner. Spec Arms strives to make every accommodation to repair your product, but only warrants the originally purchased products. Any installation of other manufacturers products, should those products cause damage to the original product, will void the warranty. Spec Arms guarantees to correct any defects or issues in the product by replacing/repairing with the same or newer model components. Spec Arms will not be held responsible for any deaths, personal injury or damages to property resulting in any mishandling or mistreatment of our products for the use or treatment for which the products were not designed. Spec Arms will not stand for any warranty claims in which the product was subject to improper handling, unauthorized tampering (adjustments and/or part replacement), neglect (corrosion & lack of care), and improper use of ammunition (wrong caliber, privately produced ammunition or any combination of the two) and others. Spec Arms has the discretion to deny a warranty of a product that was made by the second or subsequent owner. We will evaluate each claim on a case by case basis. What can I return?

        You may return all new, unopened items sold by Spec Arms within 30 days of delivery. For a full refund (minus shipping and handling) we reserve the right to say whether or not the product was unused. If it is not we will either send it back or keep it (without refund) based on your preference. If for some reason a firearm cannot be picked up from the destination dealer, then the customer will be responsible for return freight charges.  


When will I get my credit or return?

        Most returns are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank.  Most items that are in stock ship within 48 hours after receipt of your returned item, but may take longer depending on availability.


What about damaged/incorrect items?

        If you received a manufactured damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item upon the return of the damaged or defective item. We will send you a return shipping label for the return.  To request a return authorization, please send an email from our ABOUT page. (This option does not apply to; product color was different than expected, damages caused by the user, damage from non-spec arms products, damage caused to our products by the correct or incorrect installation of other manufacturer’s products and more.)


What about return shipping costs?

        If a return is due to a Spec Arms error then we will pay return shipping costs, otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.  If Spec Arms is replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, we will ship you a replacement item at no shipping cost.  Please use a trackable shipment method and insure appropriately.

Once your email is received, we will send you back a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for your request. You must keep this number with you as well as attaching it to the outside of the shipping container in order for us to process your return.
