Spec Arms LLC was developed by a group of Hunters, Outdoorsmen, and Gun Enthusiasts who wanted to craft a Non-Traditional sporting rifle. With the foundation of our platform based on the original AR-15, we set out to create a platform built on modern design and modularity
Located north of Grand Rapids Michigan, our company is
dedicated to the development of modern weapons platforms. Commonly mistaken as standing for assault or automatic rifle, the AR in an “AR-15” rifle stands for ArmaLite rifle, after the company that developed it in the 1950s. By taking this classic AR design and making it our way, we achieve a cutting-edge design without sacrificing Mil-Spec consistency. With our "state of the art" technology and high-quality components, we are developing the new modern AR design right in the Midwestern United States.
THE SPEC ARMS DIFFERENCE
Spec Arms LLC was developed in 2017 with great attention to detail for quality firearms. With the foundation of our platform based on the original AR-15, we set out to build a modern design while incorporating our own vision. Our Spec Arms platform takes influence from the high tech race designs while incorporating the Mil-Spec tradition for cutting edge design without sacrificing consistency accuracy.
Our company is dedicated to the development of a unique, yet modern weapons platforms. We operate in a 36,000 square foot facilty that houses "state of the art" CNC machinery. We use high-quality components made right here in the United States and our guns are precision CNC machined from 7075-T6 Aerospace aluminum billet. Our design is non-traditional and we like it that way.

We are located at 389 E. Division St. in Sparta Michigan, north of downtown Grand Rapids. Our office works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m.
